::Registration::

Regular registration fee is EUR 200,-. Student registration fee is EUR 100,- (does not apply to students who present a paper). Late registration fee (after August 31) is EUR 300,-

::Local Information::

The Vienna University of Technology is located at Wien-Oper / Karlsplatz. There are three metro underground lines which pass there (U1, U3, U4), and several tram lines (1, 2, J, 62, 65, D, Badner Bahn).

When arriving in Vienna by plane you have several possibilities to get to the city:

*    By the City Airport Train (CAT)   cat_symbol
      Journey time from the Airport to Wien-Mitte (Landstrasse): about 16 minutes.
      Price per journey: € 9.-, there is also a ticket for students (< 26) available for € 5.-

      Journey time from the Airport to Wien-Mitte (Landstrasse): about 25 minutes.

From Wien-Mitte (Landstrasse) you may continue with the metro underground line U4 (direction Hütteldorf) to Karlsplatz, where the TU Vienna is located.

*    By the Vienna Airport Lines (OEBB-Postbus)   val
        - to Wien-Schwedenplatz, there continue with metro line U1 (direction Reumannplatz) to Karlsplatz.
        - to Wien-Südbahnhof, there continue with tram line D (direction Nußdorf) to Wien-Oper / Karlsplatz.
        - to Wien-Westbahnhof, there continue with metro line U3 (direction Simmering) to Stephansplatz, then continue with metro line U1 (direction Reumannplatz) to Karlsplatz.
       Journey time (depends on traffic and on the route you choose): between 20 and 40 minues.
       Price per journey: € 6.-
       Timetable

      The Taxi rank is north of the Arrival Hall.
      Journey time from Airport to Wien-Karlsplatz: about 25 minutes, depending on the traffic.
      Price per hourney approximately € 25-30
     
When arriving at Wien-Oper / Karlsplatz, continue by feet to the main building of the university.
JTRES 2007 takes place in lecture room number 7 (Schütte-Lihotzky).
